Protect your HB ID

Use a unique password and add a passkey under Security after signing in. Always check the website address before entering your HB ID password.

Portal sessions expire after 30 minutes without activity and after 12 hours in total. You can sign out other browsers and remove website permissions from your console.

Creating a connected website or a member account requires the owner's current password. Password recovery removes HB ID sessions, passkeys, and stored website grants and tokens. A connected website may keep its own session until you sign out there.

If Chrome displays a security warning, return to safety. A successful login or an HTTPS padlock does not mean Google has cleared the site.

To report a security problem, email the operator. Describe the affected page and steps without sending passwords, private recovery links, or API keys.
